How do I activate my license?

After purchasing, open PrivaPDF and enter the email address you used at checkout. The app will verify your purchase and activate automatically — there is no separate license key.

Can I transfer my license to another device?

Yes. Email us at support@privapdf.org with your purchase email and we will deactivate the old device so you can activate the new one.

I lost access to my purchase email. What do I do?

Contact us with your name and the last four digits of the card you used at checkout. We will look up your Paddle order and re-issue the license to a new email address.

What are the system requirements?

PrivaPDF runs on macOS 10.14+ (Mojave or later, Intel and Apple Silicon) and Windows 10+ (64-bit). No internet connection is required for day-to-day use — only for initial license activation and periodic validation.

Is my data sent to the cloud?

No. All PDF processing happens entirely on your device. Your documents never leave your machine. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I request a refund?
